Ida Lovingood

SWEETWATER Ida Wee Mabry Lovingood, 99, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Wellington Place, in Athens, Tenn. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Madisonville, a former longtime member of Brainerd United Methodist Church of Chattanooga, a member of Rhea Craig Chapter DAR, and a former member of Mari Jon Garden Club of Chattanooga. Ida Wee, was known as the "Queen of Hamburger, Fries and Bean Suppers".She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel C. "Sam" Lovingood; her parents, Rush and Frances Mabry; infant daughter, Frances Burnette; and two brothers, John M. Mabry and Harris M Mabry.Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, S. Harris and Lou L. Lovingood, Sweetwater; grandsons and spouses, Branham L. and Kenzie R. Lovingood, Sweetwater, Craig H. and Kimberly M. Lovingood,Atlanta; great-grandsons, Anderson Gaines Lovingood and Wilson Thomas Lovingood; several nieces and nephewsA memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. today, Oct. 4, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church in Sweetwater with Rev. Tommy Preston officiating.Graveside service will be held at Rural Vale Cemetery, at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, with Rev.
