Tony Justice

Tony Edwin Justice, 54 of Chattanooga, passed away at his residence on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, from an extended illness.He was born in Wharton, W.Va. on Feb. 13, 1958.He was an independent truck driver and loved the outdoors.He was predeceased by his parents, Troy and Joan Chaffin Justice; brother, Troy Lee Justice; uncles, Virgil, Palmer, Tommy and John Justice; aunts, Vivian Justice and Augustine "Tena" Dehart; and a wife, Tracy Macken Justice.He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Poynter Justice, of Chattanooga; brother, Timothy Justice, of Anchorage, Alaska; stepsons, Anthony and William Parsons, of Titusville, Fla.; stepdaughters, Candace Daugherty of Chattanooga, Amanda, Laura and Danielle Shaner, of New Castle, Pa.; four grandchildren; and his stepmom, Virginia Justice, of Harrison.There will be a private memorial service for friends and family.
