WHITWELL Gregory Counts, 49, passed away, Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012.He was employed by Southern Pride Painting. Greg was a dear friend and father figure to many.He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Rackler and sister, Kimberly Ramsey.Greg is survived by his wife, "Pee Wee" Counts; daughter, Alicia "Molly" (Eddie Martin) Counts; sons, Adam "Cowboy" (Amy) Counts and Aaron "Opie" ( Vanessa) Counts; mother, Carolyn Counts Parker; sisters, Angie (Jessie) Johnson and Anita (Steve) Raper; five grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel, 2 p.m. CDT Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, with Brother Darrell Nunley officiating.Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2 until 8 p.m. CDT today, Oct. 13, 2012; from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. CDT Sunday, Oct. 14, and Monday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. until time of the service.To send online condolences visit www.tatefh.com.Arrangements by Tate Funeral Home, Jasper, Tenn., 423-942-9500.
