John Crutchfield

John Joseph Crutchfield, 89, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at his home.He was born on June 23, 1923 in Sequatchie County, Tenn. to the late H.A. and Virginia Crutchfield. He was a member of Daisy United Methodist Church. John served in WWII in the U.S. Naval Coast Guard. He was a self-employed wood worker and a very talented artist.He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Helton, and Dot Perry.He is survived by his wife of 63 years, JoAnn Crutchfield; children, Tina Stanfield, Tony (Cindi) Crutchfield, Tim (Lisa) Crutchfield, all of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Carla, Tracy, Kane, and Eric; brothers, Ted Crutchfield, Ed Crutchfield; many special nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev.
