Maralyon Dyer

Maralyon Morris Dyer, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, Sept, 8, 2012, in a local hospital.She was a member of City Church of Chattanooga. She was presently an employee of the Tennessee Valley Authority and worked there for 35 years.She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Curtis Dyer; her father, Leslie Marion Morris; her mother, Elizabeth Foster Morris, as well as both sets of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many cousins. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Vivian, of Chattanooga, and Tanika Jones, of Murfessboro, Tenn.; sons-in- law, Andrew Vivian and Michael Jones; four grandchildren, Micah and Esther Vivian and Miracle and Totyana Jones; as well as several cousins. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, at Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, with Pastor Ernie Reno officiating.The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 at the funeral home.
