RINGGOLD Franklin D. "Smokey" Hullander, 78, passed away Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012 in a local health care facility.He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Hullander; parents, Boyd and Josephine Hullander; brother and sister, Lynn and Linda Hullander. He was of the Baptist faith.Survivors include 5 children, two brothers, Calvin and Melvin Hullander.Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at 12:30 p.m. in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors.Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville.
