Fain Pennington

Fain K. Pennington, 61, of Chattanooga died Sunday Sept. 23, 2012.He was preceded in death by his father, Fain K. Pennington Sr.; mother Lucy Sherrill and stepfather Judge William Sherrill; and an aunt Ruth Johnson.He was a full time Dad. Mr. Pennington was retired from the Chattanooga Police Department after 27 years of service and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.Survivors include his children Kristen Pennington and Collin Pennington.Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.Interment will be noon Thursday in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5-7 p.m.Please share your thoughts and memories at www.chattanoogaeastchapel.com.Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel, 404 S.
