Sr.MONROE Lloyd Alfred Burke Sr., 74, died Monday, April 1, 2013, ending his 19-year battle with Parkinsons Disease.He was born in Chattanooga, on May 10, 1938 to Mary Nell and John Paul "Jack" Burke.
