Jacquelyn Mathis

Jacquelyn Ann Mathis, 79, of East Ridge, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013.Jackie was born in St. Louis, Mo., to Leonard and Virginia Dueker and was a graduate of St. Louis University School of Nursing. She was also a member of OLPH Catholic Church, Crazy Quilters Guild and retired from Memorial Hospital.She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sylvia Cleavelin.Surviving are her daughters, Donna Mathis Davis and her husband, William, Virginia Mathis and Laura Mathis; beloved grandson, Matthew Jesse Whisenant; and nephews, Leonard and Mark Cleavelin.Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in the Parish Life Center.
