WHITWELL Marcelle Stephenson Summers, 91, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013.She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Summers; parents, Robert and Hazel Stephenson; brothers, Jim Stephenson, Dizzy Stephenson. Mrs. Summers was a member of Sulpher Springs United Methodist Church.Those left to cherish her memories are five children, Kenneth (Barbara) Summers, of Dayton, Ohio, Sammy Summers, of Jasper, Jim (Veronica) Summers, of Lamont, Ill., Kay (Mickey) Tucker, of Powells Crossroads, Hazetta (Hoyt) Condra, of Decatur, Ala.; three sisters, Opal Fulghum, of Whitwell, Donny Stephenson, of Manchester, Toni (Wayne) Griffith, of Powells Crossroads; 13 grandchildren, Joy, Jeff, Clay, Chip, Todd, Val, Jim, Josh, Marcie, Nick, Wendy, Mark and Marty; 30 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.Family will receive friends 5-9 p.m. today, April 23, 2013; 9-1 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013.Celebration of Life services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Cecil Baxter and the Rev.
