CLEVELAND Lula Belle "Lou" Kelley, 79, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at her residence.Ms. Kelley was a member of North Cleveland Baptist Church. She was a retired hostess at Shoneys of Cleveland.She was preceded in death by her parents, Elijah and Retta Liner Kelley; and her brothers, Lester and Virgil Kelley.Survivors include her daughter, Tamara "TJ" Skyles and husband, Junior Skyles, of Soddy-Daisy; granddaughter, Tasha Whitted and husband, Phillip Whitted, of Cleveland; great-grandson, Blake Ethan Whitted, of Cleveland; sister, Gladys Arbore and husband, Howard Arbore, of Cleveland; brother, James Kelley and wife, Edna Kelley, of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating.Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Ross Tarver, Ed Tarver, Bill Tarver, Bob Tarver, Heath Tarver and Bill Tarver Jr. serving as pallbearers.
