PALMER Lucille Sanders Clendenon, 68, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at her home.She was a member of Bibleway Holiness Church. She was born in Palmer on July 22, 1944 to Henry James and Ethel Mae Scott Sanders who preceded her in death along with her husband, Junior Clendenon; brothers, William B. "Pee Wee", James H. "Jim" and Amos Sanders.She is survived by her daughters, Glenda (Michael) Lamz, Gruetli-Laager and Mona (Ronnie) Rankin, Whitwell; sister, Mary Cox; brother, Joe Sanders; grandchildren, April Dawn Rankin, Justin Rankin and Raymond Lamz; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Jeremy Robinson, Don and Delbert Layne with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.Visitation: 11 a.m.-10 p.m. today at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tenn. www.laynefuneralhome.com.
