Freda Stinnett

CLEVELAND Freda Stinnett, 59, passed away on Friday night, April 26, 2013 in a Chattanooga hospital. Freda was a lifelong resident of Bradley and Polk counties areas being born in Cleveland, Tenn. on July 10, 1953 a daughter of the late Fred and Laura Louise Brown. Freda was of the Baptist faith. Freda loved crafts, her dog "Rusty", but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one brother Stanley Brown and one great-grandson Kaiden Gray.Freda leaves behind to cherish her memory three daughters, Angie Gray and husband Stacey, Shelia Womac Elliott and Ashley Stinnett; one "adopted daughter" Michelle Wentworth; four grandchildren Brandon Gray, Nicole Gray, Jamee Lemons and Drake Thomas; five great grandchildren; one sister Nancy Brown; and one brother James Brown (Tammy) both of Benton, Tenn.; She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.The family is planning a memorial service to be announced at a later date.You are encouraged to share a memory of Freda and/or your personal condolences with her family by visiting her memorial web page and guestbook at www.companionfunerals.com.Companion Funeral & Cremation Service and the Cody family are honored to assist the Stinnett family with these arrangements.
