Thelma Sexton, 73, passed away on Friday, Aug. 2, 2013.She was a graduate from Howard High School in 1957. Employed at Erlanger Medical Center for 40+ years.She was preceded in death by parents, John Sr. and Martha Hill.Survived by children, Valerie Phillips, Terrence Hill and James Sexton; siblings, John Jr., Robert and Timothy Hill.Services will be held at noon on Friday, Aug. 9, 2013 at Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Ronald Tucker officiating.Interment in Highland Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 67 p.m. this evening at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
