RINGGOLD Raymond Lee Sipe, USMC GYSGT Retired, 71, died on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, at Erlanger Healthcare.Mr. Sipe retired from the United States Marine Corp as a Gunnery Sargent after 22 years of service, inducing 18 months service in Vietnam. Following his military service, Mr. Sipe worked in security.Mr. Sipe is survived by his wife of more than 50 years, Jean Winters Sipe; his son, Edward (Patti) Sipe; daughters, Jeanna (Robert) Richelson and Barbara Bartlett; grandchildren, Amber Garrison, Kaitlyn Sipe, Dillon Bartlett and Bailey Bartlett.Graveside services, with military honors, will be on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev.
