TRENTON Christine Owensby, 90, died Sunday afternoon, Aug. 18, 2013.She was past Worthy Matron of O.E.S. Lakewood Heights Chapter. She retired from the Berkmar High School Cafeteria system. She was a member of Trenton United Methodist Church.Mrs. Owensby was preceded in death by her husband, James Jefferson Owensby.Surviving are two sons, James M. (Peggy) Owensby, Trenton, Marcus M. (Sharon) Owensby, Jonesboro, Ga.; sister, Salena (Ewell) Arnold, Lawrenceville, Ga.; grandchildren, Amy Pittman, Daniel and Bryan Owensby, Jeffery and Jason Owensby; five great-grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, in the chapel with Rev. Reece Fauscett and Rev. Frank Cox officiating.
