Pauline KeownLaFAYETTE Pauline "Polly" Palmer Keown, 91, passed away Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Lawrence Keown Sr.Member of LaFayette Church of Christ.Survived by sons, Bruce (Gayle) Keown, Chattanooga, Frank Keown Jr., Nashville; sisters, Patricia Langford, Rock Spring, Mary Lou Fewell, LaFayette; brother, James Palmer, Fort Oglethorpe; grandchildren, Mark (Rachel) Keown, Grant (Audrey) Keown; great-grandchild, Liam Keown; several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Monday at 1 p.m. Service conducted by Minister Frank Ford.Pallbearers are Mark Keown, Grant Keown, Tommy Langford, Gary OBryant, Jim Rushing, Jim Williams and Don Shields.Interment in LaFayette Memory Garden.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Martin Boyd Christian Home, 6845 Standifer Gap Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
