Winogene Willis

STEVENSON Winogene Roach Willis, 86, passed away, Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013.Mrs. Willis, along with her late husband, Cam, owned and operated Standard Oil in Stevenson, for more than 30 years. A horse lover she organized and hosted walking horse shows on her property for many years.Her parents, William A. and Mary Alice Judge Roach and a grandson, Kris King also preceded her in death.She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Cecil) King; grandchildren, Tiffany (Kam) Hutchins and Slade (Ginger) King and great-grandchildren, Summer and Andrew.Funeral services were conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2:30 p.m. CDT, with Dr. Roger Mardis officiating.The family received friends from 1 p.m. until time of the service at 2:30 p.m. CDT, Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013.Interment followed in Pine Haven Cemetery in Hollywood, AL.Arrangements by Tate Funeral home, LLC, Jasper, TN 423-942-9500
