SOUTH PITTSBURG Robert Ray Delaney, 62, unexpectedly departed this earth on the afternoon of Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013.He was a distinguished, disabled Army veteran of the Vietnam War.Mr. Delaney was preceded in death by his father, Burlin Delaney; and his brother, Donald.
