Helen Wynn

Helen Viola Wynn, 84, of Soddy-Daisy, Tenn., passed away in her home, Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a member of Straightway Holiness Church and a longtime employee of the Wal-Mart in Soddy-Daisy, TN. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Wynn; her mother and father, Joe and Eula Holloway and her daughter, Kellie Ann McClure.Mrs. Wynn is survived by her children, Jerry L. Wynn (Sharon Wynn), of Soddy-Daisy, Tenn.; Robert Wynn, of Kentucky; Sue Powell, of Whitwell, Tenn., and Karen Vickers, of Knoxville, Tenn. Helen is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, including Rylee Wynn and Zane Sanders, whom she dearly cherished. She also leaves behind a longtime friendship with Henry and Nancy Cook as well as many other church members. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Helen's Pastors, Reverend Aaron Simmons and Reverend Troy Simmons officiating.
