Rodney Lamar Moorer, 44, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, in a local hospital. Funeral service at 1 p.m. today in the chapel with Pastor Calvin White as the eulogist. Burial: Highland Memorial Gardens.
