Rachel Eaves Davis, 91, died Monday afternoon, Dec. 16, 2013. Funeral service 6 p.m. today in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home. Visitation 4-6 p.m. today before the service. Interment 10 a.m. Thursday in Double Springs Cemetery. Smith Funeral & Cremation Services of Athens is in charge.
