Taylor Eberhardt

Taylor Ross Eberhardt, 23, went home to be with The Lord Sunday evening, Dec. 22, 2013. He was born in Decatur, Ga., and had resided most of his life in Chickamauga, Ga. He was a graduate of Gordon Lee High School Class of 2008 where he played baseball for the Trojans. He was a baseball fan of the Atlanta Braves and also an Alabama Crimson Tide Fan. He had worked in construction work for several years. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Rossville, Ga., and had also attended South Rossville Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy and Shirley McCoy and Oliver Grantham. He was a wonderful loving husband, father, son and brother who enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Meagan Cunningham Eberhardt; their daughters, Reagan and Kennedy Eberhardt; parents, Ross and Lorrie McCoy Eberhardt; sister, Jennifer Eberhardt; brother, Travis Eberhardt all of Chickamauga, Ga.; grandmother, Marilyn Grantham, of Lavonia, Ga.; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends today from 1-8 p.m. and Friday morning after 10 a.m. prior to the service. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, in the funeral home chapel with Pastors, Rocky Bradford and Derrell O'Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Chickamauga Cemetery. The family will receive flowers or memorial contributions may be made at The Bank of Chickamauga to Reagan & Kennedy's Trust Fund at 201 Gordon Street - Chickamauga, GA 30707.
