Pamela Jeanette Barrett, 35, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013 at her residence. Funeral: Today at 3 p.m. at United House of Prayer for all People with Elder Omar L. Barrett as the eulogist and Elder Charles Weathers officiating. Burial: Sunday at 10 a.m. in Highland Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga, Inc.
