Cynthia Cagle

Cynthia Hilke Cagle, 58, of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013. Cynthia had a deep love for her family, and spent the last fifteen years devoted to the care of her mother. Holidays with family were her favorite thing. She was preceded in death by her father, Merton C. Hilke; her niece, Kimberly Pearson Hawthorne; and her brother-in-law, Monty Cagle. She is survived by her husband, Tim Cagle; her mother, Geneva Hilke, mother and father-in-law Fred and Barbara Cagle. Cynthia also leaves her son, Jason (Jennie) Brown and her two beautiful grandchildren she adored, Darren and Amelia; Son Donnie Miller, son Timmie Cagle; daughters Jill (Christopher) Meekes and Crystal Brown; brothers, Merv (Delores) Hilke, Harry (Sharon) Hilke; sister, Sandi (John) Pearson; sister-in-laws Lisa Cagle, Susan Cagle and brother-in-law Jerry (Carol) Gilreath. She leaves behind her special cousin, Doug Cunningham, several other grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and other friends and family. She loved her special friends of many years from Olan Mills, who became her Lifetouch friends along with her new Lifetouch friends. She will be missed by all for her gentle spirit, interest in everyone and infectious laugh. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Rossville Church of God of Prophecy at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014. Visitation is from 3-3:30 p.m. at the church.
