Joyce Gossett

Mary Joyce Gossett, 75, of Chattanooga passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013 in an area hospital. Mrs. Gossett retired from Pye Acura/Mazda after many years of service. She was a member of Red Bank Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Saxon and Ann Willard; sister, Lois McGee. Survivors include her husband, Sherrell Gossett; daughters, Karen (Doug) Beam and Saxon Henry; sisters, Sue Willard and Barbara Burgess; grandchildren, Zachary (Tiff) Beam and Lacey Beam; great-grandson, Jayton Beam; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 30, in Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Everett Gossett officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
