William Padgett

William J. "Bill" Padgett, 76, of Ooltewah, passed away Tuesday evening, Jan. 29, 2013, from Multiple Myeloma.A lifelong resident of the Ooltewah area, he was of the Baptist faith and was a veteran of the the U.S. Army. He was retired from Shell Oil Company and was the son of the late Ralph and Pauline Turner Padgett.Survivors include his wife, Patsy Cagle Padgett; two daughters, Karla Forrester, Ooltewah and Kimberly (Carlos) Martinez; son, Sam (Peggy) Huff, Chattanooga; seven grandchildren, Shauna, Jarod, Noah, Marissa, J.J., Tiffany and Nicole; sister, Betty (Wayne) Winkler, Ooltewah and several nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Valley View Chapel with the Rev.
