Dana Carol Wilkes, 48, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012.A Lakeside Memorial Service was held Jan. 26, 2013 in Alexander City, Alabama.Survivors include sons, Justin and Robert Boulware, sisters, Jill Southerland, Amy Yates, Allison May; parents, Billy Crumley and Carol Simms.Those desiring may make a memorial contribution in her honor to American Diabetes Association.
