Charlotte Lawson, 83, of Signal Mountain, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2013 at Morning Pointe in Hixson.She was preceded in death by her father and mother, J.L. and Lottie Miller; sister, Juanita Bowman and husband, Ed Lawson.Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Eugene Cates; sons, Tim and Eddie Lawson; daughter-in-law, Debbie Lawson; grandchildren, Abby Stephens, Christopher Lawson, Lindsey Lawson, Emily Lawson, Courtney Lawson; and five great-grandchildren, as well as Tammy Smith, mother of Christopher and Abby.A private family graveside service will be conducted by the Reverend Bill Henry at Chattanooga National Cemetery.The family will receive friends for visitation today, Feb. 4, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.Condolences and memories may be shared by visiting www.hamiltonfuneraloptions.comArrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services; 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, Tennessee. 423-531-3975.
