Geneva Condra

Geneva B. Condra, 83, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning, Feb. 13, 2013, at her home.She was a member of New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Whitwell, Tenn., for the past 55 years.Mrs. Condra retired from TVA after 33 years of service. She was an avid bowler and was also a member of the Chattanooga Choo Choo Camping Club.She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Condra; son, Steve Condra; and her siblings, Charles, Ed and Thayer Bell and Dorothy Stanley.She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Connie Condra; Chattanooga; sister, Barbara Coppins, Jacksonville, Fla.; sister-in-law, Elaine Bell, Marietta, Ga.; special family friends, Wanda Hunt, Chattanooga and Beverly Monroe, Columbus, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.The family would like to thank Lisa Ayers for her loving care given to Geneva and also Bill Griffis.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dr. Mark Dowell officiating.Burial will be at 3 p.m. at Condra Cemetery, Whitwell, Tenn., with Rev.
