Valorie Vaughn Osborne, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at her residence.She was a Chattanooga native and a graduate of MTSU where she received her BS degree in journalism. Valorie was chosen as a class beauty her senior year. She had a prestigious business career, having worked as fashion editor at the Chattanooga Free Press and also did fashion modeling for the paper. She was in public relations for Unum-Provident, city of Chattanooga-storm water division and was also a partner in Osborne Real Estate LLC, and Osborne Online Sales LLC. Valorie loved to cook, travel and was an avid UT and Titans football fan.She was preceded in death by by her parents, Kelley and Rebecca Vaughn.Surviving relatives; her husband, Stan Osborne; daughter, Rachel Elizabeth Hamilton; stepsons, Kenneth Allen Osborne and Patrick Collier Osborne; brother, Vince (Pat) Vaughn; and several cousins.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bill Owens, officiating.The interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery.Visit www.heritagefh.com to share words of comfort to the family and view the memorial tribute.The family has requested that friends may choose to make a memorial contribution to the McKamey Animal Center, 4500 N.
