JASPER Willie Logan McMillan, 92, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, in a Chattanooga hospital.The daughter of the late William Kelly Logan and Mary Latimer Logan, she was a RN who worked with her late husband, Dr. James G. McMillan, a longtime physician in Jasper. She was also co-chairman of the local American Red Cross Blood Program for 20 years, had served on the Regional Advisory Committee, and had enjoyed many years of Ballroom dancing in the area.She is survived by three children, James Gordon (Tonie) McMillan Jr., of Ridgeway, Va., George Edward McMillan, of Jasper, Mary M. (Bill) Driskell, of Atlanta, Ga.; three grandchildren, Logan (Betsy) Driskell, Mary Margaret Driskell (Vincent) Ciavatia, James Garland (Emily) McMillan; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. CST today, Feb. 16, 2013, at the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home, with Rev.
