PIKEVILLE Hattie Jo Worthington, 86, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013.She was a member of Wheeler Hill Church of Christ.Jo was preceded in death by husband, Robert (Bob) Worthington; sisters, Jean Gonda, Wilma Mitchell Annie Mae Taylor, Juanita Holmes, Lela Troglin, and Kay Evans; brothers, Charles and Clyde Mitchell.Survivors include two daughters, Gail (Lloyd) Forsythe, Pikeville; Becky (Danny) Nale, Dunlap; Robert Lee "Rooster' (Nancy) Worthington, Pikeville; Billy Joe (Jill) Worthington, Clarksville; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Morgan and Sarah Grasham; brother, James "Buddy' Mitchell; several nieces and nephews; special care-givers Charlotte Burgess, Sherry Maxwell and Angie Hale.Service will be Friday at 1 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Brother Bobby Collier and Brother Dale Barger officiating.Burial will be in Wheeler Hill Cemetery.Online condolences can be made at www.reedfamilyfh.com.Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Highway 127 South, Pikeville, Tenn.Visitation 4-9 p.m. CST today and noon-8 p.m. CST Thursday.
