WHITWELL Nancy Helen Billingsley Dover Evans, 91, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013.She was a former employee of Campbells Restaurant in Rossville, where she worked as a server for 25 years.She was the daughter of the late Edley Lee and Mary Elizabeth Cates Billingsley and was also preceded in death by three husbands; three sisters; and four brothers.She is survived by her children, Joyce (W. C.) Billingsley, of Whitwell, Kenneth Ray (Mary) Dover, of LaFayette, Ga., and Phyllis Dover Miller, of Jasper, Tenn.; stepson, Ronnie (Pam) Dover, of Harrison; grandchildren, Stacy Teeters, Shannon (Sean) Horton, Odis (Michele) Rheal, Steve (Melody) Rheal, Gene Dover, Amy (Jim) Lackey and Karen Dover; step-grandchildren, Ben Johnson and Ronnie Evans; 14 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m. CST Saturday, March 2, 2013, with Brother Dennis Kilgore and Brother Ronnie Case officiating.Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, South.The family will receive friends from 2 until 9 p.m. CST today, Feb. 28 and Friday, March 1.To send online condolences visit www.tatefh.com.Arrangements by Tate Funeral Home, Jasper, Tenn., 423-942-9500.
