Floy Culpepper

Floy Faris Culpepper, 94, of Hixson, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012. Floy was the wife of the late Norman Culpepper. Floy was a longtime member of Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She loved her family, gardening, nature, reading and needlework. She was a much loved Nana. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Blanche Carney; two brothers; and two sisters.Survivors include her daughters: Carolyn (Johnny) Parker of Soddy-Daisy, Jane Ingram of Alamo, Tenn., and Connie (Tom Brittingham) Culpepper of Nashville; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be 1 p.m. today, in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Reverend Forrest Prosser officiating.
