WHITWELL Maggie Nola Ramsey, 82, of Pocket Community in Whitwell passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Thula Roberson; brothers, Coleman, Jimmy Roberson; sisters, Eliza Norris, Vallie Ramsey and Anna Lou Nunley.Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Jean (Sam) Long, of Whitwell, Barbara (Jimmy) Scott, of Gruetli-Laager, Jim( Pam) Ramsey, of Whitwell, Johnny (Sherry) Ramsey, of Whitwell, Anita (Brett) Meeks, of Palmer, Gail (Rick) Knost, of Gruetli-Laager and Cindy (Burgess) Perry, of Whitwell; sister, Mary Belle Laycock, of Rickman; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; special niece, Freda (Gary) Worley.Family will receive friends 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today.Funeral Service 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
