Celia Perez, 95, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012 in a local health care facility.She is from Porto Rico and is a member of Red Bank Baptist Church.Survived by her daughter, Mary Rodriguez; Granddaughter, Shenice Patton (Cye Patton); Great-grand children, Ava and Caleb Patton.Private family services will be held.Arrangements are by Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 1724 McCallie Avenue, 423-265-4414.
