Wayne Chattin

ROSSVILLE Wayne Allen Chattin, 71, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012. He was born to the late Samuel and Jeanette Chattin in Chattanooga, Tenn. Wayne was a well know Culinary Chef and has taught at Culinary Arts Schools in Louisville, Ky., and Mobile, Ala., he has also served as Chef for MGM Studios in Hollywood, Calif., and Fairyland Club in Lookout Mtn., Ga. He was a member of Rossville Church of God of Prophecy.He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Leon Chattin and Lynn Eugene Chattin. Survivors include his brothers, Michael Chattin, Terry Chattin; sister-in-law, Janet Chattin, of Rossville; son, Timothy Redden, of Dayton, Tenn.; granddaughter, Emalyn, and many nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, at Rossville Church of God of Prophecy on Cherry Street with Pastor Doug Stephenson officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rossville Church of God of Prophecy.Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.
