Wesley Benton

Benjamin Wesley (Wes) Benton Jr., 80, died Monday, Dec. 31, 2012. He was a longtime area business owner, operating Eureka Painting & Wallcovering Co. in Chattanooga and Cleveland in the late 1980s and 1990s, greenhouses and garden centers and United Karate School in Cleveland in the 1970s and 1980s. He held a black belt in tae kwon do.He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Wiliams Lee, and father, Benjamin Wesley Benton.He is survived by a son, Benjamin W. Benton III; daughter-in-law, Lisa; and grandson, Benjamin Wesley Benton IV; a step-daughter, Christopher Ann Nerhling.There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga 4411 Oakwood Dr, Chattanooga Tn 37416. Arrangements by W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes, Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
