Juanita Teinert

Juanita Teinert, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013.Mrs. Teinert was born in Bonham, Texas to William and Lida Mae Cotham. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She and her husband lived in Independence, Mo., before moving to Chattanooga in 1989.She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and four sisters.Surviving are her husband of 71 years, Martin Teinert; children, Linda Hammer, Roger (Jan) Teinert and Debe (Bill) Hodges; grandchildren, Sidney, Paige, Tina, Ashley and Patrick; great-grandsons, Daniel, Corey, Jeffrey and Jordyn; great-great-grandson, Brody; and five sisters.Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at the funeral home with Rev. Gilbert Pingel officiating.
