DALTON Kurmet Winford German, 83, died, Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, in a local hospital.He was a native of Whitfield County, Ga., and was retired from Shaw Industries. Mr. German was the youngest of nine children.Survivors include his sister, Eunice Pauline German Stone, Rossville; several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. today in West Hill Cemetery, Dalton.Visit www.heritagefh.com to share words of comfort with the family.Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
