Fred Sterling Scott, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, in the Hospice Care Center.The body will lie-in-state at 10 a.m. today at Taylor Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 12:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Brother John R. Taylor Sr. as the eulogist.
