Sr.ROSSVILLE, Ga. Olen Ray James Sr., 88, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at his residence.He was owner and operator of Pro Painting and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. James was an avid fisherman, an Atlanta Braves fan, and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Lillie Kirby James; daughter, Brenda Elaine James; and sister, Ola Faye Cooper Rainwater.Survivors are loving wife of 63 years, Esther Tanner James; children, Sandra E. James, Linda R. (Marshall) Kernea, Ray (Tina) James Jr. and Glenda Sue (Patrick) ONeal; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dub Galloway, Rev. Chris Eaves, and Rev. Bill Proctor.
