Clara Sehorne

Clara Jo Seay Sehorne, 87, of Ooltewah, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. She had lived in the Rossville area for most of her life and was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church in Ooltewah, Tenn. She was previously employed with Tic Toc Restaurant for more than 40 years as a waitress and enjoyed fishing, camping and water skiing. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Moses Seay and Mary Louise Roach Seay; husband, Byron "Cal" Sehorne; son, Terrell Ramage, Jr.; great grandson, Steven Tyler Haley and several siblings.Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and (Steve) Haley, of Ooltewah, Tenn.; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and (Pat) Ramage, of Nashville, Tenn.; step-children, Linda and (Mike) Weathers and Dina and (Dwight) Jones all of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Max and (Glenda) Sehorne; sister, Ethel Boggs, of California; 8 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Pastor Jack Rinks officiating. Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will begin receiving friends after 5 p.m. today, all day Monday and prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
