Gail Longcrier Longcrier, 72, of Pensacola, Fla., passed away of natural causes in Hospice at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., on Dec. 27, 2012.Gail was born in Chattanooga, Tenn., to the late Hazel R. and Walter F. Freshour on May 09, 1940.Gail was a Hixson Wildcat Majorette starting in 1956. Gail graduated from Hixson High School in the Class of 1957. Gail was a Christian of the Baptist Faith.She was married to her loving and devoted husband, Roy E. Longcrier, for 48 years. They moved to their home in Pensacola, Fla., in 2010.Gail was predeceased by her parents, 3 sisters Jewell Pulley, Joyce Blake, and Jean Poole; 2 brothers Richard D. Freshour, Walter L. Freshour; and her niece Tammy Emerling Branum.Survivors include her husband Roy E. Longcrier; daughters Wendy Gail Longcrier and Veronda S Longcrier. Other survivors include her sisters-in-law Jenice Freshour and Jean Ann Freshour; and her brother-in-law A.C. Blake. Surviving nieces and nephews are Kathy Gail Hickman, Connie Emerling, Darla Wilmon, Garry (Opal) Lewis, Reggie (Lisa) Lewis, Pam Freshour, Toby (David) Smith, Kim (Jeff) Capen, Greg (Linda) Pulley, Roger (Debbie) Freshour, Brian Freshour and several great nieces and nephews.
