Lucille Sharpe

Lucille Sharpe, 98, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 in a local hospital.She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Sharpe worked for years at Cobble Muse Hosiery Mill and retired at 90 years old from Volunteer Grandparents. Most of these times were helping with the kids at Erlanger Hospital.She was preceded in death by her husband, Noal Sharpe; daughter, Orene Sharpe Ross; son, Lendal Sharpe; 2 special grandsons, Kenny Sharp and Scotty Ross; a sister and five brothers.She is survived by one son, Wendell Sharpe and wife Peggy; granddaughters, Shelly Newby, Linda Ross, and Jill Ross; grandsons, Phil Ross, David Sharpe and Bruce Sharpe; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, in the funeral home chapel.
