WHITWELL Pauline Daisy Adkins, 94, formerly of Winchester passed away Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Robert Adkins; sons, Jearld Adkins, Joseph Adkins, Judas Adkins, Jimmy Adkins; parents, Ernest and Virgie Serrano.Those left to cherish her memories are five children, Wilma Pickett, of Whitwell, Basil Adkins, Jr., of Michigan, Keith Adkins, of Sevierville, Buford Adkins, of Knoxville, Edward Adkins, of Winchester; two sisters, Gloria Meadows, of Virginia, Madeline Herndon, of Covington, Ga.; sixteen grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.Family will receive friends 4-9 p.m. CST, today.Funeral service will be 11 a.m. CST, Saturday, Jan. 19, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Troyer officiating. Interment at Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester, TN.
