CHICKAMAUGA Anna Louise "Lou Ann" Fowler Garner Murray, 69, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.She was born in Chickamauga, to the late Ernest and Anna Victorine Bradley Fowler. She was a lifelong resident of Chickamauga and was an active member of Mountain View Church of Christ. She enjoyed her family and will be remembered by her contagious smile, friendly personality, inspiring and always positive disposition. She was a homemaker and had also worked at Northwestern Technical College where she worked in the Adult Literacy Program.Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Fowler.She is survived by her husband, James Murray; son, Richard "Rick" Garner, both of Chickamauga; daughter and son-in-law: Kathrine Renee Murray (Steven) Rosenbaum, of Wilton, Conn.; stepsister, Ernestine Gambrell, of Anderson, S.C.; grandchildren, Rocky and Tammy Garner, David and Daniel Rosenbaum; great-grandchildren, Shiann, Xane, Stephen, Karrie and Sean; several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. today and 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Friday until the service.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, in the chapel with Minister Dick Hillis officiating.Burial will follow in LaFayette Memory Gardens, LaFayette, Georgia.Online register book at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Homes, Chickamauga Chapel, Chickamauga.
