Judson Bell

RISINGFAWN, Ga. Mr. Judson Phillip Bell, 72, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at his residence.Mr. Bell was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late "Bet" and Emmie Lois Tucker Bell, was a veteran of the Korean War and a Baptist. He was a retired manager with the transportation industry.Survivors include his wife, Blanche Cogdill Bell; son, Stacy Bell, of Rising Fawn, Ga.; daughter, Angela (Jeff) Hardin, of Acworth, Ga.; brothers, Gerald (Judy) Bell and Greg Bell, of Milner, Ga.; sisters, Bernice Estes, of Cedar Bluff, Charlene (David) Maddox and Pam (Billy Joe) Shelton, of Centre; grandchildren, Bret, Josie and Evan Hardin and Lexie Bell; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Barrett officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens.
