SOUTHPITTSBURG Philip Wayne Schiff, 76, passed away, Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013.He was a retired employee of U. S. Pipe where he had worked as a foreman.Mr. Schiff was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Schiff and Julia Reno Smith.He is survived by his former wife, Bobbie (Harold) Haskin; son, Michael (Giovanna) Schiff; daughters, Terry Lynne Schiff and Kelly (John) Latshaw; grandchildren, Brent Holder, Michael Jr., Jeremy, Brandon, Ilaria, and Alexis Schiff; great-grandchildren, Haylee, Aiden, and Mason Schiff.Memorial service will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Marion County Spay Fund c/o Wally's Friends, P.O.
